1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of RO SERVICE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

RO SERVICE provides the following water purifier services:

• Installation of water purifiers
• Repair and maintenance services
• Filter and membrane replacement
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Water quality testing
• Relocation services

3. Independent Service Provider

RO SERVICE is an independent third-party service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any water purifier brand including but not limited to Kent, Aquaguard, AO Smith, LG, Pureit, Havells, or Livpure. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Service Charges

• Basic service visit charge is ₹299 which includes inspection and diagnosis
• Spare parts and consumables are charged separately as per rate card
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, cards, and net banking

5. Service Warranty

• We provide a 90-day warranty on our services and spare parts
• Warranty covers defects in parts installed by our technicians
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, voltage fluctuations, or natural disasters
• Warranty is void if the purifier is serviced by another provider during the warranty period

6. Appointment and Cancellation

• Service appointments can be booked via phone or WhatsApp
• We strive to provide same-day service subject to availability
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time
• Repeated no-shows may result in service denial

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the purifier and issues
• Ensure safe access to the purifier for our technicians
• Be present or have an authorized person during the service visit
• Make timely payments for services rendered

8. Limitation of Liability

RO Service Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RO Service Centre and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
